I built the supplement I couldn't find

I spent five years looking for a women's health supplement I actually trusted.

I'd read the research. I knew the ingredients I wanted, the forms the body can use directly, and the evidence-led dose for each one.

I couldn't find it in Australia. I was ordering inositol powder from overseas and stacking it with three or four other products to cover everything else I wanted.

So I asked 250 Australian women what they were struggling with and what they wished existed, and spent two years building it.

Harmonia is the product I was looking for. I hope it's the one you were looking for too.

Is Harmonia right for you?

Built around 4,000mg of inositol, with six more actives each chosen for a specific job. Open the ones that sound like you to see which ingredient is doing the work.

If your cycle isn't as regular as you'd like

Chinese peony is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to regulate a healthy menstrual cycle. Harmonia contains 300mg of Paeonia lactiflora root extract in every daily dose.

If you notice changes in your mood across the month

Vitamin B6 supports healthy mood balance in women. Harmonia uses P5P, the activated form your body uses directly without having to convert it first.

If sugar cravings are a regular part of your day

Chromium supports healthy blood sugar levels. Harmonia uses chromium picolinate, a well absorbed form.

If you want hormone support all month, not just one week

Vitamin B6 supports healthy reproductive hormones. There's no on-week or off-week with Harmonia. You take it every day of your cycle.

If you'd prefer a tablet to inositol powder

The full 4,000mg comes in four tablets. No powder, no mixing, no taste.
